MAYOR’S REPORT: Mayor Anderson announced she presented Don and Diane Chesnut with a proclamation for the 35 years they have donated to the city.
SERVICE DIRECTOR’S REPORT: Squires reported he submitted the Safe Routes to Schools application to ODOT.
FINANCE DIRECTOR’S REPORT: Bowens stated that residents can still fill out Chip grant applications at city hall on Monday’s from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
CITY ENGINEER’S REPORT: Howard advised council that the contractor put down the asphalt base course on the north side of Edson Street and will begin milling and cement stabilizing the south side.
LAW DIRECTOR’S REPORT: Zaleski reported that he will update council on the OPBA status at the next council meeting in executive session.
